Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including farm operators, buyers, and visitors. By using the Platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk without written permission.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications through the messaging system.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.
• Impersonate another person, farm, or organization.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform data without authorization.

3. Farm Data Integrity

Farm users are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about their farm, crops, and availability.
• Respond to periodic check-in calls and messages to keep their data current.
• Update their profile when significant changes occur (new crops, season changes, closure).
• Not create listings for farms they do not own or operate.

4. Buyer Conduct

Buyer users are expected to:

• Use farm contact information only for legitimate procurement purposes.
• Not misrepresent their identity, purchasing intent, or organizational affiliation.
• Respect farm boundaries and communication preferences.
• Not share farm contact information obtained through the Platform with third parties without the farm’s consent.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, or reporting illegal activity to law enforcement. We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect the Platform or its users.
